General Questions (Order & Account Issues)

You can simply add the items into the cart, then you can VIEW CART. Then you will be prompted to the billing page immediately, you will have an option to register or login, so you can trace your item easily once you logged into your account. Enter all your shipping details then click PLACE ORDER to settle the payment. Once you have completed the order then you will receive an email confirmation.

Once you have made a purchase at our physical location or online, you will automatically be enrolled as a member! Members can enjoy early access to new collections, sales, and can gain points to further discounts!

Once you have successfully placed your order, you will not be able to cancel it.

We are only able to amend your order if your order has not been shipped. Please contact us at csonline@shutalk.com or call us at +852 3996 8009 if you wish to amend your order. You can only amend your shipping address, the size/ color of the item(s) if there is available stock.

Shipping and Handling

Yes, we ship internationally. We offer free standard international shipping if the order is above $1,000 HKD.

For orders under $1000, we ship internationally for $40.

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. Your order will be shipped via SF express, please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be delivered. NO P.O. Boxes or hotels allowed. All shipments require customer signature upon delivery, you can trace your order status under ORDER TRACKING page or via SF express.

Local delivery service excluded: Tung Chung, Park Island, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Peng Chau, Po Toi Island and Tai O. (For more details please check out this link.)

We ship internationally including South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Brunei, Australia, New Zealand, USA, & Canada! We offer free international delivery for orders above $1,000 HKD.

Track My Order

You can track and trace your shipment status under the ORDER TRACKING page, please enter ORDER ID & BILLING EMAIL to trace your shipment. Alternatively, you can track your order via SF express.

Returns and Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy is only applicable to item(s) received in your online order. While we accept returns of most products in their original condition, due to hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned or exchanged.

A return or exchange request has to be made within 14 days from receiving your order. All exchange and return item(s) must be returned in its original (new and unworn) condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be refunded or exchanged.
